Before the first light, trim the cotton wick to about 6mm. On your first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — this sets the wax memory and prevents tunneling for every burn after.

Keep sessions between 2–4 hours for the cleanest burn and longest life. Never burn below 1cm of remaining wax. Keep away from drafts, direct sunlight, and out of reach of children and pets.

When the candle is done, clean out the jar with warm soapy water — it makes a solid desk organiser, a whisky glass holder, or a planter. Nothing wasted.

We stand behind every candle. Damaged, wrong item, or something missing? Send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery — we'll replace it immediately. Not feeling the scent? Send it back unburnt and unused within 7 days. Return shipping is on you — we'll dispatch your new scent within 1–2 business days of receiving it. We don't accept returns on burnt, used, or post-delivery damaged candles.
