Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at care@raylux.in or call us at 7808-189-188. Cancellations can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. Upon successful cancellation, we will process your refund within 24-48 business hours.

Raylux.in reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to inventory shortages or pricing errors. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

You can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. To do so, please contact our customer service at care@raylux.in or call us at 7808-189-188. Provide your Order ID and a photograph of the damaged product for reference. We will arrange for the product pickup within 2-4 business days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returned with all accompanying accessories and documentation.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged.
  • The return request is initiated after 3 business days from delivery.
  • Complimentary products provided by Raylux.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@raylux.in or call 7808-189-188. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage. A replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost for valid claims.

Partial Returns

You can initiate a return for individual items from your order. However, all components of the returned product must be included.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and verified at our warehouse.
