Shipping and Delivery
At Raylux.in, we are dedicated to delivering your orders with high-quality packaging and within the promised time frame. We ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and efficient by shipping throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
To guarantee that your order arrives in excellent condition and as quickly as possible, we utilize reputable courier services. In areas where courier services are unavailable, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
We charge a single shipping fee per order, regardless of the number of items purchased in that transaction. This means if you order multiple products, you will only incur one delivery charge.All our prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, ensuring transparency in your total costs. Please note that additional Octroi charges may apply for shipments to the Maharashtra region.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days. Most deliveries will reach you within 4 to 7 working days from the dispatch date. Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at care@raylux.in or call 7808-189-188 for assistance.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your Waybill or Tracking Number. You can track your shipment status by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at care@raylux.in or call 7808-189-188. We will investigate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
